Dr. Akshaykumar Jagdishrao Meshram is an accomplished mathematician, academic, and researcher specializing in cryptography, network security, soft computing, and wireless communications. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Bhubaneswar, a constituent unit of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), India. Dr. Meshram completed his postgraduate studies in Mathematics in 2012 and Statistics in 2014 at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, India, where he subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics in 2018. He has authored and co-authored more than thirty research papers, published in reputed international journals and presented at international conferences. Dr. Meshram is actively associated with several international professional and academic organizations, including IFERP (India), IAENG (Hong Kong), ISOC (USA), IRDA (USA), CSAT (USA), and SDIWC (USA). In addition to his research publications, he has co-authored four academic books, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in his areas of expertise. He is also an inventor and intellectual property contributor, holding two granted Indian utility patents (Grant Nos. 414935 and 442318). Furthermore, he has registered eight copyrights associated with his research and academic work.
