These technologies are transforming project planning,design, construction, facility management, property operations, and infrastructure maintenance by facilitating intelligent cooperation among architects, engineers, contractors, developers, facility managers, government entities, and investors. AI-driven collaboration increases productivity, boosts decision-making, mitigates project risks, optimises resource allocation, and facilitates sustainable urban development. This chapter examines the ideas, technologies, methodologies, applications, difficulties, and future trajectories of AI-enabled collaboration in construction, real estate, and smart infrastructure, emphasising its contribution to the development of robust, intelligent, and sustainable built environments.
